Position Requirement
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (Full time) is a must
- Minimum 12 years experience, in HVAC & Refrigeration of which at least 10 years experience needs to be in the Oil & Gas industry in a similar position
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrated appropriate experience in the coordination of budgets and commercial terms for contractors/service providers.
- Product and equipment warranties and guarantees register and validation requirements knowledge
- Significant planning and leadership skills and experience and ability to implement and adjust schedules and resources to review and monitor work schedules
- Demonstrated Team Leadership skills in facilitating, communicating, and preparing reports or work completed, etc.
- Ensuring asset registers are current.
- Obtain and manage all statutory required permits and licenses to operate and maintain the onsite plant and equipment.
- Assists in the development of and executes formal maintenance schedules of plans for preventive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Plan and manage all maintenance spares and materials stored, including critical spares.
- Assists in subcontractor management.
- Supervise effectively company personnel assigned to the sections above ensuring that they are trained and competent for the tasks assigned to them.
- Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and impact solutions.
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Participates in toolbox meetings and ensures compliance of subordinates to HSE policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoots and initiate corrective and preventive action to ensure no breakdown in services.
- Monitor and report on the performance of each section/task under supervision as per the requirement of ENGIE Cofely Mannai HVAC Section
