The Dubai Mall has over 1,300 retail outlets and over 200 food and beverage outlets. It continues to hold the title of ‘The world’s most-visited shopping and leisure destination’.
In this extremely high profile environment, ENGIE Solutions provides effective, seamless and unobtrusive daily reactive, corrective and preventative maintenance services.
ENGIE Solutions successfully implemented the Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) module in The Dubai Mall. Throughout our initial contract term we worked in conjunction with Emaar Facilities Management to collect data and implement FM processes to enable us to carry out an RCM analysis of the business and energy critical assets. Revisions of the maintenance job plans enabled us to reduce the scheduled maintenance manpower in the overall project, providing significant savings to our client.
Scope of Work
Undertaking the operations and maintenance of the electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, managing the specialist sub-contractors form part of the major scope for the mall. A team of technicians, engineers and managers work 24/7 to ensure the mall is maintained to world-class standards.
