Summary

Al Jimi Mall is a premium shopping and entertainment location in the heart of the city, and currently has a Gross Internal Area (GIA) of 44,000m2, with an annual footfall of 8 million visitors.

Shabahat Plaza is a community-based retail experience and is located approximately 10km south of Al Ain City Centre.Al Jimi Mall underwent a massive expansion and renovation programme to add a further 65 stores, including an 8-screen VOX cinema, and a retail park to the existing 94 outlets, bringing the total leasable area to 76,000 m2.

The expansion includes a new outdoor ‘retail park’, family dining and coffee shops, as well as an event plaza and an additional car park accommodating more than 1000 cars.

ENGIE Solutions provides full hard facility management services contract managing the 24-hr Mall operations, initial PPM setup, all MEP operations and maintenance, BMS monitoring and control as well as tenant integration into the mall.
