ENGIE Solutions and First Central signed an agreement to implement energy savings solutions at Wyndham Dubai Marina Hotel to help reduce annual energy bill by 20%. The challenge and main objective was to ensure that hotel guests were not disturbed during this project.

ENGIE Solutions proposed the below solutions to ensure Wyndham Dubai Marina Hotel can reach its energy savings potential
- Install an advanced chiller plant optimizer
- Install a wet wall system
- Install VFD on FAHU
- Install VFD on the main kitchen’s exhaust fan and makeup air unit
The project comprised of the implementation, operation and maintenance of different energy conservation measures at Wyndham Dubai Marina for five years.
