The Standard Chartered Tower project comprised the construction of an environmentally sustainable, 18-floor Grade “A” office tower. The tower is located near the Burj Khalifa, adjacent to the Dubai Mall. ENGIE Solutions manages the Integrated Facilities Management services and Property Management of the entire building. This includes overseeing all equipment and space maintenance and providing soft services such as cleaning, reception, and security. The main challenge is guaranteeing user experience quality in a region with extreme weather conditions.

- Asset description and document management: Creating a data hub hosting building and equipment information.
- Comfort and occupancy monitoring: Visualization and management of spaces available to occupants
- Equipment monitoring: Technical equipment proactive management and maintenance
