The Modular Data Center Complex (MDCC) is a Uptime Institute Tier III-certified facility with a 1 MW IT load, strategically located along Al Khawaneej Street to support the Dubai International Airport (DXB) ecosystem.
Built with next-generation infrastructure, this data center is one of many that ensure uninterrupted business continuity for one of the world’s busiest airports through exceptional availability, maintainability, and operational resilience.
The MDCC follows a modular design, comprising:
- A data hall housing 100 racks (10 kW each)
- Package substations and standby generators
- Uninterruptible power supply equipment (UPS) and battery rooms
- Air-cooled chillers, pump rooms, and domestic water systems
- Power and Network Operations Center (NOC)
- A security operations room
- Supporting amenities, including a prayer room, staging area, and office room.
