Agreements across span finance, oil & gas, utilities and real estate sectors and are worth QAR 200 million
ENGIE Cofely Mannai, a subsidiary of ENGIE Solutions, an international leader in sustainable energy solutions, has announced new partnerships with leading corporate and public organizations in Qatar to deliver energy management and facility management services. The agreements span banking, oil & gas, utilities and real estate sectors and are worth QAR 200 million.
ENGIE Cofely Mannai, signed an extensive agreement to provide comprehensive facilities management services, including Energy Audit and retrofitting for 83 government schools. The contract duration is three years. This was followed by a 3-year energy performance and management services partnership between ENGIE Cofely Mannai and a leading utility supplier for their network of buildings and facilities across Qatar.
ENGIE Cofely Mannai also signed an energy performance and management services deal with one of Qatar’s largest banks. The partnership covers the bank’s facilities across Qatar, including seven corporate offices, 25 branches, and 175 ATMs.
ENGIE Cofely Mannai has also signed a 3-year contract with one of Qatar’s largest real-estate developers. The energy performance and management services contract covers a 4 million sqm2 luxurious mixed-use urban development project off Doha’s coast. A similar collaboration with one of the country’s largest petrochemical companies in Qatar covers the company’s headquarters and facilities for a duration of five years.
