Over more than a decade with ENGIE Solutions, Graham Easton has shaped one of the region’s most compelling FM and energy-services growth stories. The organization has grown from a start-up with just eight associates in 2008 to a leading regional service provider with over 3000 staff in 2025.

Easton continues to steer the company into a new era of digital maturity, operational depth, and carbon-led transformation. Under his guidance, ENGIE Solutions achieved a nearly 40% turnover increase in 2025 amid market headwinds. The success, he says, stems from “digitalization, innovative asset management, and acquisition strategies,” enabling bespoke FM and efficiency services that save clients millions of dollars in operations and energy costs.
Across the GCC, Easton has placed technology at the core of FM’s future. Key drivers include “emerging technologies, artificial intelligence and machine learning” evident in ENGIE’s high-complex projects, from data centers, hospitals, to city infrastructure. His leadership also delivered award-winning projects, from predictive maintenance platforms and intelligent energy efficiency software to live BIM augmented reality integration. Easton’s digitization strategy has repositioned ENGIE Solutions “from being regarded as a cost center towards the more desired level of strategic partner/advisor.”
Sustainability remains central to his vision. He continues to take the company’s tagline, ‘accelerating the transition towards becoming carbon neutral,’ very seriously, championing ESCO projects, energy-reduction initiatives, and circular-supply-chain frameworks in which suppliers “take back” materials for recycling.
Through his leadership, ENGIE Solutions has maintained ISO 50001 certification for energy management, achieved multiple LEED O&M Gold accreditations, and secured BEMAS certification from RSB Dubai, providing clients with strong, independent validation of the company’s expertise and excellence in energy management.
Today, Easton leads a company anchored by 20 in-house specialist services, a 96.5% contract retention rate, and a growing pipeline of over AED 3 billion for future growth. With his guidance, ENGIE Solutions is not only delivering essential services but reshaping the FM industry through innovation, partnership, and a clear commitment to the region’s low-carbon future.
