ENGIE Solutions to provide cutting-edge facilities management to SPARK and International Maritime Industries
Dammam, Saudi Arabia; March 4, 2020: ENGIE Solutions, an international leader in providing low-carbon energy and innovative integrated facilities management solutions, has been announced as a facilities management provider for two major projects in Saudi Arabia: Energy City Development Company (ECDC) the owner of King Salman Energy Park (SPARK) and International Maritime Industries (IMI).
Partnership agreements were signed between ENGIE Solutions and SPARK, and between ENGIE Solutions and IMI during the Aramco IKTVA Forum and Exhibition 2020.
Through its partnership with SPARK and IMI, ENGIE Solutions will deliver world-class services using Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM). ENGIE Solutions will manage future costing and lifecycle of the project, providing real-time information to IMI concerning assets, work orders, and the performance of sub-contractors.
