Summary
The Tornado Tower is a high-rise office skyscraper in the city of Doha, Qatar. Construction began in 2006 and was completed in 2008. The building stands at a height of 640 feet (195 m) tall with 52 floors above the ground level, three basement levels for the building services and 1,700 vehicle parking spaces, with over 58,000m2 of rentable space.
ENGIE Cofely Mannai Facility Management (ECMFM) was awarded the facilities management contract to provide total facility management services to Tornado Tower. ECMFM has maintained tornado tower facilities for more than a decade. ecmfm provides all aspects of services associated with the management, operations, maintenance and repair of the tower on a 24/7/365 basis.
Scope of Work
ENGIE Cofely Mannai Facility Management (ECMFM) provides a full integrated facility management service at Tornado Tower, including contract management of third-party sub-contractors, HVAC system, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building fabric maintenance along with soft services which includes housekeeping services, reception services, 24/7 security services, waste management, pest control, soft landscaping, HSE, quality management, and document control.
