ENGIE Cofely Mannai Facility Management (ECMFM) was awarded the maintenance contract for HVAC systems in Alfardan Towers. ECMFM provides maintenance services and repair work associated with HVAC systems of the tower.
Scope of Work
The scope of services includes routine check, preventive maintenance, emergency/breakdown maintenance for the equipment such as fan coil unit, air handling unit, exhaust fans, fresh air fan, package AC, chilled water and ducting accessories, parking exhaust fans and chilled water pumps.
