Four Seasons Hotel is the only 5-star hotel in Kuwait, located at Burj Alshaya. The hotel is composed of 22 floors and three basement levels with 217 guest rooms, 67 lavish suites, and five exquisite restaurants.
ENGIE Solutions was awarded a MEP (HVAC and Civil) Operation and Maintenance contract in 2016 thanks to the trust the client has in our service delivery expertise to meet the high standards expected of this prestigious hotel.
ENGIE Solutions mobilised its team of experienced personnel and implemented its in-house Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software for the project (Plan on and ENGIE Direct), to support the seamless delivery of integrated Facilities Management services.
Scope of Work
Operations and Maintenance of MEP systems and kitchen and laundry equipment of the hotel along with the provision of a 24/7/365 helpdesk centre.
ENGIE Solutions supported the owner by snagging the facility while still under warranty and implementing its own in-house CAFM solution.
ENGIE Solutions uses its experience in Integrated Facilities Management to support the hotel engineering department in:
- Snag identification and recitation tracking
- Water quality improvement (conductivity, hardness, TDS, pH levels) on critical assets via best practices operation and maintenance.
- Procurement management: identification and procurement as per international standards and O&M Manuals of spare parts and consumables.
- Ensuring service availability 24/7/365 through a staff callout roster.
