Summary
Qatar Petrochemical Company (QAPCO) Q.P.J.S.C. is one of the world’s largest and most successful producers of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) – a basic plastic polymer that is derived from oil and natural gas. QAPCO was incorporated in 1974 as a joint venture, and is currently owned by Industries Qatar and TOTAL Petrochemicals (France). QAPCO has three joint ventures: Qatofin Company Limited QSC (Qatofin), Qatar Vinyl Company Limited QSC (QVC), and Qatar Plastic Products Company WLL.
ENGIE Cofely Mannai Facility Management (ECMFM) was awarded the QAPCO contract for maintenance of all HVAC units inside QAPCO Plant. ECMFM provides all aspects of services associated with the management, operations and maintenance services.
Scope of Work
The scope of services includes periodic (annual) preventive maintenance, routine check, trouble shooting and repairs, overhauling and rewinding of electrical motors, overhauling of compressors and major repairs, supply of new air conditioners, and more.
